These terms apply to your use of wearehappyhire.com and all services provided by HappyHire, including our AI CV Scanner, AI CV Optimiser, AI Interview Simulator, and 1-on-1 Coaching. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

  • Free CV Scanner — an AI-powered tool that analyses your CV for ATS compatibility and provides feedback.
  • CV Optimiser (£23) — an AI service that rewrites your CV for ATS systems and delivers it as a PDF via email.
  • AI Interview Simulator (£35) — a voice-based mock interview tool with AI-generated feedback.
  • 1-on-1 Coaching (£115/session) — personalised interview coaching delivered via video call.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid services. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@wearehappyhire.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

AI-generated content

Our CV Scanner, CV Optimiser, and Interview Simulator use artificial intelligence to generate feedback and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated output is provided as guidance and should be reviewed by you before use. We do not guarantee specific job outcomes.

Your responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when using our services.
  • You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated CV content before submitting it to employers.
  • You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Access codes are personal and should not be shared with others.

Intellectual property

The HappyHire brand, website design, and AI tools are owned by HappyHire. CV content generated by our optimiser is yours to use freely. You retain ownership of any documents you upload.

Limitation of liability

HappyHire provides career preparation tools and coaching. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or specific career outcomes. Our services are designed to improve your preparation and presentation, but hiring decisions are made by employers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
